Protein Biscoff balls made with Biscoff cookie butter are topped with a delicious chocolate sauce and toasted coconut. It's a healthy indulgent treat packed with protein. They're perfect for guilt free snacking.
In a food processor add the rolled oats, protein powder, biscoff spread, maple syrup, cinnamon, and almond milk. Blend until combined and the texture can easily be rolled into balls.
Roll the biscoff protein mixture into small balls and set aside on a plate. Optional: Roll the balls onto crushed biscoff cookies for added texture and flavor.
Cover the plate with plastic wrap and place the protein biscoff balls into the refrigerator to let set.
Make the Chocolate Sauce
In a small bowl melt the butter. Stir in the powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. As the mixture thickens, stir in 1 teaspoon of water at a time to thin the sauce enough to be drizzled.
Finish the Protein Bites
Remove the protein bites from the fridge. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top. Then, top with toasted coconut. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
