This instant pot pasta is cheesy, creamy, and full of bacon. The flavors of your favorite cheeseburger become fused into this irresistible pasta dish. It’s kid approved, doesn’t take much time, and everyone will be asking for seconds.
Turn your instant pot on the sauté setting and add the bacon slices. Cook until crispy then remove from the instant pot and set aside. Once the bacon has cooled, tear into small pieces
Add the ground beef, onion, paprika, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and cook until crumbly and browned
Stir in the dill relish, ketchup, mustard, milk, beef broth, pasta and tomato sauce. Place the lid on the instant pot and turn on the knob on the sealed direction and cook for 3 minutes with a 5 minute natural release
Once the pasta is done cooking, stir well and add in the cheese and bacon bits. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken and let the cheese melt before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped onions and any left over bacon bits
