These crispy, golden Air Fryer Parsnips are ready in just 20 minutes! Topped with parmesan and fresh herbs, they’re a delicious, healthy alternative to french fries!
In a large bowl add parsnips and olive oil. Stir until all the parsnips are evenly coated with the oil.
1 lb parsnips
Add salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Add the seasoned parsnips to the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown on the ends. Shake the basket a few times while the parsnips are cooking.
Return the cooked parsnips to the bowl and top with parmesan cheese and your favorite fresh herbs. Toss until well combined. Serve immediately.

Storage & Reheating: Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 3-5 minutes until warmed and crisped up. Tips:
