In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and hot sauce. Stir until well combined and smooth.
8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup + ½ cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, ½ cup hot sauce
Stir in the white beans then place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the dip from the oven and stir well. Top with an additional ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the top. Broil on high for 5-7 minutes until a crispy and golden topping has formed. (The amount of time this takes will depend on how close your dip is to the broiler. The closer it is, the less time it will take. Watch closely to make sure it doesn’t burn)
Garnish the creamy buffalo dip with green onion and serve immediately with your favorite chips.
