  • 1 air fryer

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb parsnips peeled and sliced long ways
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • seasoned salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs of your choice: parsley, dill

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add parsnips and olive oil. Stir until all the parsnips are evenly coated with the oil.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  • Add the seasoned parsnips to the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown on the ends. Shake the basket a few times while the parsnips are cooking.
  • Return the cooked parsnips to the bowl and top with parmesan cheese and your favorite fresh herbs. Toss until well combined. Serve immediately.
