For The Brownies
In a clean electric mixer, add melted butter, and cocoa powder. Stir together. Add granulated and brown sugar, salt, then eggs. Whisk on high for about 3-4 minutes until the batter starts to look nice and glossy.
Add the flour and mix until almost combined. Add chocolate chips and stir well. Be sure to scrape down the side of the bowl to get any remaining flour, etc.
Pour over top of the oreo cookies and cookie dough
In a bag, add the remaining oreos and crush into smaller pieces using your hands. Pour in an even layer over top of the brownie mixture
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil then bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before adding the glaze
For The Glaze
In a small bowl combine the milk and powdered sugar. Whisk together until the glaze is formed. Drizzle over the oreo brookie before slicing.
