Green chile artichoke dip is deliciously rich, creamy, and cheesy. Green chiles and artichokes are combined to make a slightly spicy and savory dip you won’t be able to stop eating. It’s oven baked then broiled until the cheese is caramelized and bubbly.
1 14ozcan quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 4ozcan green chiles drained
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a baking dish add cream cheese, mayo, garlic, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts and green chiles. Stirring is not necessary. Bake for 15 minutes.
Once done remove from the oven and stir well. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and broil on high for 5 minutes. Serve warm with chips
