Best Ever Green Chile Artichoke Dip

Green chile artichoke dip is deliciously rich, creamy, and cheesy. Green chiles and artichokes are combined to make a slightly spicy and savory dip you won’t be able to stop eating. It’s oven baked then broiled until the cheese is caramelized and bubbly.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles drained

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a baking dish add cream cheese, mayo, garlic, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts and green chiles. Stirring is not necessary. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once done remove from the oven and stir well. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and broil on high for 5 minutes. Serve warm with chips
