Crispy and delicious air fryer flautas are filled with seasoned shredded chicken and cheese, then air-fried to perfection. Quick, easy, and full of flavor!
In a mixing bowl combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
Warm the tortillas in a microwave with a damp paper towel to make them more pliable.
Place ½ cup of the chicken mixture on the widest part of the tortilla. Roll it up and set aside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Spray the air fryer with cooking spray then place the rolled tortillas in the air fryer fold side down. Spray the tortillas one more time with cooking spray.
Air fry at 380 for 10 minutes. Flip the flautas at the 5 minute mark to where the folded side is facing up. They should be starting to brown at this point. Spray with cooking spray and air fry for the remaining 5 minutes.
Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce, topped with hot sauce, pico de gallo, crumbled queso fresco, and fresh lime juice.
