Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lemon zest.
Add chicken thighs and let marinate for at least 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium high (about 400 degrees).
Oil the grates.
Grill the chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side, flipping once or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Optional: Drizzle warm honey over top of the chicken before serving.
