1teaspoonpaprika

½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
Avocado Pico De Gallo
2roma tomatoes chopped
1 jalapeno chopped
½onion chopped
2tablespoonschopped cilantro
2avocado peeled, cored, and cut into bite sized pieces
1lime squeezed
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the blackened seasoning blend.
Preheat a large skillet or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with cooking oil.
Sprinkle the blackened seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts, pressing it gently to adhere.
Place the chicken breasts in the preheated skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Make sure the chicken has a dark golden brown crust before flipping. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and place chicken on a cutting board to let rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.
Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
In a small bowl combine the tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
Assemble the tacos by placing the a few pieces of the thin sliced chicken breast on each tortilla. Add the avocado pico de gallo mixture and anything else you have on hand. Serve the blackened chicken tacos immediately and enjoy!
