The Easiest Gluten Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Gluten free buffalo chicken dip only requires 4 ingredients. It’s creamy, cheesy, and infused with spicy hot wing flavors. Make this mouthwatering dish in no time. It’s comfort food for any occasion. Serve as an appetizer at a party or eat for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded or 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and hot sauce, stir until all pieces of chicken are covered with the hot sauce.
  • In a 9x13 inch pan, place the cream cheese at the bottom, add the chicken and hot sauce over the top of the cream cheese, top with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes
  • When the dip is done baking, stir well until fully combine and the cream cheese is mixed well.

Slow Cooker Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 1-2 hours stirring every 30 minutes. Once hot, place on the warm setting and serve.
  • If cooking on low, start by placing all of the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until it's completely warmed through. Stir every 45 minutes to avoid burning. Once hot, place the slow cooker on the keep warm setting and serve.
