In a blender combine sugar, salt, avocado, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
In a mixing bowl add the all purpose flour and baking powder.
Stir in the blended wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together until just combined.
Prepare your waffle iron by preheating and spraying the iron. Once heated, add 1/2 cup of waffle batter and use a spoon to spread evenly into the waffle iron. Close the iron and cook until the iron says your waffles are done. Remove and serve with fresh fruit.
