Easy Roasted Lima Beans

Crispy oven roasted lima beans are full of flavor from garlic and pepper sauce. It’s an easy, quick, and healthy side dish that requires very minimal prep time. You will love this version of lima beans once you try it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz package frozen lima beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon pepper sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place frozen lima beans in a baking dish. Add olive oil, sliced garlic, salt and pepper, paprika, and vinegar. Stir until all lima beans are covered in the seasoning. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Stir well, add more pepper sauce if desired and stir warm.
